Payments & cash fund
Record payments and track the cash-fund balance.
In the Payments tab you record what's been collected and see what's owed.
Recording a payment
For each payment you choose the apartment, amount, date and method (e.g. cash). The apartment's balance updates automatically.
Cash fund (ταμείο)
The building's cash fund starts from the opening balance and updates as payments and expenses are recorded — no manual adding up.
Every payment is linked to the apartment and the period it covers, so you always know who has paid.
