Resident links
Give each apartment a private link to its own bill.
Residents don't need to call you to find out what they owe — they can see it themselves.
Creating a link
In the Residents tab, next to each apartment, choose Create link. Copy it and send it to the resident.
What the resident sees
- Their current balance.
- The breakdown of each charge, line by line.
- Their payment history.
Security
The link contains an unguessable token and grants access to only that apartment — no account or login. If needed, choose Create link again to revoke the old one.
