Create your building

Set up your building's workspace.

Each building in Polly is a separate workspace with its own data, apartments and members.

Steps

  1. From your home page, choose New building.
  2. Give it a name (e.g. the address) and create it.
  3. In the Building tab, optionally fill in the address, city, floors and heating type.

Members and roles

You can invite other members (e.g. an assistant manager) from the Members tab. Only invited members can access the building's data.

When you're ready, continue to Apartments & χιλιοστά.
