Apartments & χιλιοστά
Add the apartments and define χιλιοστά per category.
Apartments and χιλιοστά are the basis of every calculation. You define them once.
Apartments
In Building → Apartments, add each unit:
- Identifier (e.g. Α1, Β2) and floor
- Owner and optionally email/phone
- Occupancy (owner-occupied, rented, vacant)
You can add rows one by one or paste them from a spreadsheet.
χιλιοστά (shares)
In the χιλιοστά tab you define per-category tables (general, elevator, heating…). For each table you fill in every apartment's share.
Polly checks live that each column sums to 1000, so you start every issuance from a correct base.
