Recording expenses

Add the month's costs and choose how each one is split.

In the Expenses tab you record each cost of the building.

Allocation methods

For each expense you choose how it's split:

  • By χιλιοστά — using the share table you select (general, elevator, heating…).
  • Equally — the same amount to every apartment.
  • Per apartment — a fixed amount for each apartment.

You can also set exemptions — for example, a ground-floor apartment that isn't charged for the elevator.

Recurring expenses

Fixed monthly costs (e.g. elevator maintenance, cleaning) can be saved as templates and pre-filled into every new issuance, so you don't retype them.
