Issuing charges

Produce per-apartment bills with a traceable calculation.

Once you've recorded the month's expenses, issuing is a single click.

How it works

  1. In the Charges tab choose New issuance and the period (e.g. June 2026).
  2. Polly allocates each expense and produces every apartment's bill.
  3. Review the consolidated statement and issue.

What the statement includes

  • Total expenses, total due and the cash-fund balance.
  • For each apartment, a line-by-line breakdown: "Elevator €120 × 45/1000 = €5.40".
  • Current charges, previous balance and total due.

Calculations are done in whole cents with largest-remainder rounding, so the sum of the apartments equals the total expense exactly.
